How to connect the floodlight?
Proceed as follows:
1. Power on the floodlight with adapter, long press the “Reset” button until “ding”voice coming out.
2. Open the App and find the “+” to add the floodlight.
3. Use your phone to can the QR code on the floodlight. Or click the “Add manually” and choose the “Intelligent floodlight” .
4. Enter the correct WiFi information.(WiFi in the 5GHz band is not currently supported)
5. Follow the App interface guidelines to add your floodlight.
How to install the floodlight?
RECOMMENDED INSTALL HEIGHT :6.5-8.25 feet above the ground.
At such a height, the sensor will provide a detection distance of up to 39 feet around 75 ℉.
You can adjust the sensor head up and down, left to right for desired coverage area.
What to do if adding new floodlight fails?
Proceed as follows:
1. Make sure that the network is available; (WiFi in the 5GHz band is not currently supported)
2. Follow the App interface guidelines to try again. If it still fails, please reset the floodlight and add it again.
How to share the floodlight to my family?
Proceed as follows:
1. The owner has successfully added the floodlight to the App.
2. Download the App on your family’s mobile phone,let them register/login account
3. The owner clicks the Share button on the App.You can choose a way and follow the App prompt to complete the relevant operations for sharing.
How to set the volume of floodlights?
Proceed as follows:
1. Open the App and find the device settings entrance.
2. Find the “Sound” function in the settings page.
3. You can adjust the volume of the floodlight in “Sound” page.
How to set alarm for floodlight?
Proceed as follows:
1. Open the App and find the device settings entrance.
2. Find the “Home/away” function in the settings page and turn in Alarm.
3. You can set the alarm time plans and siren sound according to your needs.
How to set the light of floodlight?
Proceed as follows:
1. Open the App and find the device settings entrance.
2. Find the “Light setting” function in the settings page.
3. You can set the light according to your needs.
Doorbell
How to do if you fail to add the doorbell?
After confirming the following points, reset the doorbell and add again.
1. Confirm that the doorbell indicator light “flashes blue”.
If the indicator light is red or not bright, the battery is low. Please use USB cable to charge the doorbell.
If the blue light doesn’t flash, long press the “RESET” button on the back of the doorbell until you hear a “didi” sound.
2. Confirm that the mobile phone has turned on bluetooth.
3. Confirm that the WiFi password is correct, with no special characters. For example, !@ # ¥ % & * _ 。。
4. Power off and restart the router.
5. Confirm that the WiFi which you mobile phone connects with is 2.4GHz frequency band.
Remarks:If the problem still exists, useing another mobile phone which is open the hotspot as a router, and then reset the doorbell and add it again After the mobile phone added to the doorbell connects to the mobile phone hotspot. If it adds successfully, it means the equipment is normal. You need to enter the router management page and confirm that the router does not have firewall and anti-squatting network functions on.
How to do if your family needs to add the doorbell?
Share with other mobile phones on the phones that already have a doorbell.
Operational approach: WowCam App homepage-clicking the share button on the right-selecting “Account invitation” or “QR code invitation”, completing relevant operations according to the App prompts.
How to pair the indoor units and outdoor units?
1. Power on the indoor units and it send out a “Ding Dong” prompt sound.
2. Short press the setting key of the indoor units and the blue light flashes.
3. Press the call key of the outdoor units, and the indoor units will send out “Ding Dong” sound again. The blue light will be on for 2 seconds and then be off, thus the pairing is successful.
How to enable the real-time monitoring functions?
1. WowCam App homepage-settings-Trial functions-turning on “wake-up mode” button.
2. Press the doorbell call button.
What to do if the doorbell is offline?
1. Confirm that the doorbell indicator light is blue.If the indicator light is red or not bright, the battery is low. Please use USB cable to charge the doorbell.
2. Confirm that the WiFi connected to the doorbell can access the internet normally.
3. If the problem still exists, power off and restart the router. Reset the doorbell and add again.
How to do if the doorbell indicator light is red?
The red light flashes, which indicates that the battery is low. Please use USB cable to charge the doorbell.
If the problem still exists, confirm whether the power adapter and charging cable can work normally; if there is OK with the power adapter and charging cable, check whether the battery can work normally.
How to do if there is no response after you install a battery to the doorbell?
1. Check whether the battery is in the opposite.
2. The red light flashes, which indicates that the battery is low. Please use USB cable to charge the doorbell.
3. If there is no response to the indicator light, it is recommended to charge for 5-6 hours before trying again
How to do if the indoor units don’t ring after you press the doorbell?
1. Confirm that the indoor unit is work normally and paired successfully.
2.Try again after putting the indoor unit close to the doorbell. The doorbell and the indoor unit are connected through RF 433MHz frequency, and the transmission distance is affected by obstacles between them.
3. If the problem still exists, pair again the doorbell and the indoor units.

What to do if Android mobile phones cannot receive doorbell call notification?
Warm prompt: if the App is not opened, it is normal that there is no dialog box on the phone, and the call notification will be pushed to the mobile phones as a message.
After you ring the doorbell, the mobile phone cannot receive the message push, please check in accordance with the following steps:
1. Confirm that the WiFi connected to the doorbell can access the internet normally.
2. Confirm that the permission settings have been completed: allowing self-starting, associated starting and background activities.
3. Confirm that the notification permissions have been opened:

4. Confirm that no message disturbance has been closed

How to do if iPhone cannot receive doorbell call notification?
1. Confirm that no message disturbance has been closed

Other problems
When checking and updating the firmware, the update failed.
(1)Replace the network and check again for updates.
In terms of network replacement, it is suggested to turn on mobile hot spot with mobile phone, and then click settings — network settings on APP to switch the network to mobile hot spot.

How to share video with friends?
When viewing the monitoring or playing back the video, click the recording icon. After recording, find the corresponding video file and share it.
Storage path of video file:
Android: Mobile file management / gwellvideorec / (user ID number) / (camera ID number)
Iphone: Iphone needs to turn on the permission of APP album. After turning on, the video is saved to the album.
The color of the monitoring screen is abnormal.
(1)Confirm that both APP and camera firmware are the latest versions.
(2)Power off and restart the camera ( without reset ). If the problem still exists, please contact the seller to return to the factory for repair.

Can not hear the sound from the camera speaker during audio talk.
(1)Confirm that both the APP and camera firmware are the latest versions.

(3)The permission of “Two-way talk” should be opened for the visitors via the device owner.
