The “DophiGo” App is operated by Shenzhen DophiGo IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “DophiGo”), which provides remote control and management service for DophiGo devices.

We fully understand the importance of personal information to you, we respect and protect your privacy. Please read and understand “WowCam Privacy Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) before using our products (or services).

You are committed that you are an adult when you start using this product/service. If you are a minor, your guardian is required to agree to your use of the app and agree to all the applicable terms of application.

I.Collection and use of personal information

The information we collect will only be used for the purposes set out in this Agreement. Collect and use your personal information, which will be used for providing and optimizing services to you and protecting your account.

1.1 User Account Information

1.1.1 Personal data that are collected while creating a DophiGo Account may include PII information like your email address or mobile phone number. These information helps to activate, manage and get service of DophiGo. Your nickname, profile picture, country and time zone will be connected to your account so that you can visit our product and service conveniently.

1.2 User Mobile Phone Information

1.2.1 Your phone model, operating system, unique device identifier, DophiGo application version number, location-related information (such as IP address, GPS location, and Wi-Fi access point that can provide relevant information, Bluetooth, device identification code (IMEI), network device address (MAC), unique device identifier, software installation list,) will be collected to enable PUSH notification, locate the user’s region, add device functions and bug troubleshooting. And these are very necessary basic information which we have to collect from you.

1.3 Smart Device Information

1.3.1 All the smart device information will be collected so that you can control them via APP remotely.

1.4 Pull Up The Third-party APPs

1.4.1 In order to implement the infrared remote control function from the DophiGo application, we need to collect the following information: the mobile phone installation application list.
We will use your personal information in the following ways: Check if the phone has installed the app to ensure that web page can jump normally.
If you do not provide this type of information, the DophiGo app will not know if the phone is installed with the app and will not give you an accurate reminder.

1.5 Feedback

1.5.1 In order to implement the online feedback function for the current problems of the DophiGo application, we need to collect the following information: log information of the application and device and your contact information. The log information of the application and the device includes the device status, the information sensed by the sensor device, the device operation record, and the device number (the unique identifier after the device is registered). The purpose of collecting such information is to facilitate analysis of the current cause of the problem. The purpose of collecting your contact information is for follow-up visits, to find out if the problem is completely resolved, or to contact you and hope that you will supplement the necessary additional information.
We will use your personal information in the following ways: only for the positioning and resolution of feedback questions, not for the display of personal information, and not for the use of such information for commercial advertising.
If you do not provide this type of information, you will not be able to effectively locate and resolve your feedback.

2.1 Data Storage Location

2.1.1 We store personal information collected and generated within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. We only store your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes described in this Agreement and for the time limits set by laws and regulations.

2.2 Data Storage Period

2.2.1 If necessary to achieve the purpose of collecting information, or to comply with applicable laws and regulations or permits, we will retain personal information.

2.2.2 If there is a reasonable reason to believe that retaining personal information does not achieve the purpose of collecting personal information, we will no longer retain personal information or remove the way personal information is associated with a particular individual.

2.2.3 If the information is further processed and archived for the public interest, for the purpose of scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes according to the law of use, even if the purpose of further processing of the information does not match the original purpose, DophiGo can further retain the data.

2.2.4 For mobile phone local data, when you uninstall the DophiGo app or clear the DophiGo app data, the data will be cleared from the phone.

2.2.5 When our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you by push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize within a reasonable period of time.

III.Disclosure of Information

3.1 Disclosure to Third Party Service Providers

3.1.1 Depending on the situation, we will provide certain personal information to partners who cooperate with DophiGo to provide products and services or to help DophiGo to market to customers. We will only share personal information with third parties for the purpose of providing or improving our products, services and advertising; we will not share personal information with third parties for the purposes of third party sales, nor will we sell personal information. We are obliged to require the above partners to strictly abide by the confidentiality agreement and the requirements of our information protection policy. We can provide you with the statistical information of your smart terminal in time to the partners of DophiGo. The above statistical information does not involve personal information such as your name, account number, password, phone number, email, etc.

3.1.2 If our partners expressly disclose to you the information collected and the use of the information, and have obtained your consent, we may disclose your personal information to the three parties according to your permission. For the security of your personal information, we may desensitize or obscure your personal information before disclosing it to third parties.

3.2 Third-party SDK partners and information sharing

To ensure the realization of application-related functions and the safe and stable operation of the application, we may access a software development kit (SDK) provided by a third party for related purposes.

3.3 Disclosure to Others

3.3.1 Depending on the legal requirements of the government, we may need to disclose your personal information.
In the event of a reorganization, merger or sale, we may transfer all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

IV.How we protect your personal information

4.1 We understand the importance of personal information to you and are committed to keeping your information confidential. To protect the security of your information, we are committed to using a variety of security technologies and supporting management systems to minimize the risk of disclosure, damage, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure and alteration of your information. For example: encrypted transmission via network security layer software (SSL), encrypted storage of information, strict restriction of access to data centers, use of dedicated network channels and network agents.

4.2 We have established a personal information protection responsibility department, established relevant internal control system, and adopted the principle of minimum sufficient authorization for the staff who may come into contact with your information; systematically monitor the behavior of the staff to process your information, and continuously strengthen the promotion of staff training related laws & regulations and privacy & safety standards and security awareness.

V.Your rights

In order to make it easier for you to access, correct and delete your personal information while using the APP ‘DophiGo’, and to protect your rights to withdraw your license to use your personal information, we have provided you with the appropriate operating settings in the product design.You can refer to the guidelines below.

5.1 Access to personal information

5.1.1 You can view the smart devices you have bound and check their power, group, device history, and device settings information on the ‘Device’ page.

5.1.2 You can view the smart device information which you have bound on the ‘Device’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Device Information’ page, including product name, device model, device ID, firmware version, device power etc.

5.1.3 You can view your account information, the version number of the ‘DophiGo’ APP,as well as updates, operating company name and product help and feedback etc. on ‘Me’ page.

5.2 Delete personal information

5.2.1 You can delete the smart device information which you have bound by clicking ‘Unbind Device’ on the ‘Device’ > ‘Settings’ page.

5.2.2 You can delete the smart device group which you have bound by clicking ‘Delete group’ on the ‘Group’ > ‘Manage Team’ page.

5.3 Update personal information

5.3.1 You can change some of the information about the smart devices which you have bound on the ‘Device’ > ‘Settings’ page.

5.3.2 You can change your account information on the ‘Me’ > ‘Account Information’ page, including user’s profile picture, username, account password, mobile number, WeChat, email.

5.3.3 You can change some of the information for the smart device group which you have bound on the ‘Group’ > ‘Manage Team’ page.

5.4 Log off your personal account

5.4.1 You can log out your account at any time through the account logout function in the application account information. If you intend to log out your account, your account will not be used and the related account information will be cleared, and you can no longer use the product functions and services by logging in to the account.

5.4.2 After you have logged out your account, we will no longer provide you with the corresponding products (or services), and delete or anonymize your personal information within 10 working days, except in cases where we are required to save relevant information according to the laws and regulations.

5.5 Withdrawal of consent

5.5.1 You can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected] to submit a request. We will process your request within a reasonable time after you have made your request, and we will not collect, use or disclose your personal information as per your request.

5.5.2 Please note that your withdrawal of consent will result in certain legal consequences. Regarding on your withdrawal of consent, and the consent for processing the scope of your personal information, which may means that you are not able to enjoy the products and services of DophiGo.
If you are not satisfied with our response, especially if our handling behavior of your personal information damages your legal rights, You can also file a lawsuit in the People’s Court where the ‘DophiGo’ is located.Or resolved by other relevant external channels such as complaints from industry self-regulatory associations or government-related regulatory agencies.

VI.Minor personal information protection

We value the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor, please use our services or provide us with information after your legal guardian carefully read this privacy agreement and also obtain the consent of your legal guardian.

VII.Scope of the privacy policy

This agreement applies to all products and services of DophiGo.

VIII.Changes and revisions of the privacy policy

DophiGo reserves the rights to update this agreement in due course. When the agreement changes, we will show you the changed agreement through the pop-up window. If you continue to use the ‘DophiGo’ application and our services after the renewal of this agreement, which means you have fully read, understood and accepted the updated agreement and are willing to be bound by the updated agreement.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of the update.
